I started Inkwell Studio because I kept watching talented people struggle to talk about their work and who they are.

I'm Michelle Stanfield — a storyteller with a background in education, leadership development, consulting, and photography. For over a decade, I've helped individuals and organizations find the language for what they do and why it matters.

Inkwell Studio is the integration of all of that. One practice. One belief: when people understand their story, they show up differently.

Clarity should come before visibility.

Most people don't have a story problem — they have a language problem. The story exists. The growth is real. The values are there. What's missing is a framework for finding the words.
